postscript:Pursuant to the Decree 32/NQ-CP on March 15, 2022
Vietnam resumes visa exemption for 13 countries

Citizens from Belarus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Norway, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, and the U.K. will be allowed to visit Vietnam for up to 15 days without a visa regardless of passport type and entry purpose.

Vietnam has begun to move due to the relaxation of entry conditions for tourism.
I don’t know about visa-free entry, tourist visa, etc., but it is said that it will be after March 15th, and it is expected that the operation will be announced little by little.
An immunity passport or a complete cure certificate is required, but it is said that you can enter the country without a negative certificate within 72 hours before entering the country.
Insurance of $ 20000 or more is required to prepare for hospitalization.

A business visa and temporary residence permit are required for long-term stays.
If you do not have this, you will need immigration approval from the People’s Committee.
The current quarantine period is 3 days if there is a vaccination certificate, and 7 days if there is no vaccination certificate or if the number of times is unpredictable.

I would like to keep an eye on it in the future.
