There is a feeling that regulations are likely to become tighter in the future, and once the virus has settled in Vietnam, we are invited by people who cooperate with us on a daily basis to have a festive event on the rooftop or terrace of the hotel.
We tested it with the expectation that it would work.

Rooftop barbecue test. We are grilling thick slices of steak over charcoal fire. Prepare pork and beef for the test. We also have a salad bar and wine for those who wish.

On this day we prepared two types of beef and pork, six types of sauce and chose which one was the best.
We were particular about charcoal and found a charcoal that has a long and strong thermal power, so I am looking forward to the production.
